BECCA BLOOMFIELD DAVIS

Becca has over 15 years of experience in the cardiac rhythm management industry working in product development, marketing, sales, and market research.  Prior to that she worked for Mercer Management Consulting performing a wide range of tactical and strategic analyses.

Becca has led efforts in all phases of the product life cycle including:

  • developing product concepts
  • testing product designs with customers
  • naming new products
  • organizing and facilitating physician and allied health professional advisory boards
  • segmenting and targeting customers
  • developing and testing messaging
  • creating and implementing launch strategies
  • writing training materials for sales reps
  • developing marketing materials and sales aids
  • measuring and tracking perceptions of the product/brand post-launch.

Becca quickly comes up to speed on new industry dynamics and technical requirements and is skilled at building relationships across functions and with external customers.

While at Guidant Corporation Becca was the product manager for the development of a $100 million new ICD and CRT-D platform. She also spent a year working in the field directly with physicians as part of the CRM sales and clinical support team.

Becca has a BA in Economics from Carleton College and a MBA/MM from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University
